1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error due to our mistake, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Non-Customized Products: Some non-customized items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products with user errors (e.g., incorrect uploaded images or text).
  • Items that have been used or modified after delivery.
  • Change-of-mind returns for custom products.

2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return/exchange instructions if eligible.
  3. Return Shipment: If a return is required, you must ship the item back in its original condition within 14 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our mistake.
  4. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing time.
